The system applies ¡°solar energy+ additional electric heating¡±, in normal condition, this combined hot water supply mode will use solar energy first, and when the solar energy is not enough, the electric heating system will be applied.
The system structure is unique, the heat collector combines series-wound and shunt-wound and is installed on the roof; the heat storage tank is installed in each house, the water in heat system flows, thus the heat in heat collector will transform the cold water in water tank through high efficiency heat conducting winding pipe. Such circulation makes water hot rapidly.
The water in water tank is tap water, the admitting pipe is equipped with a unidirectional normally open valve, thus to ensure the pressure of tap water be constant and hot water output. In overcast and rainy or cloudy day, the collector will be automatically shift into electric heating system, the cold water in water tank will be heated to the constant temperature, thus structure is no need for our customer to install another electric water heater, and they can use hot water at any time.
In winter or in northern area, it will keep the heat collecting circulating tube warm, at the same time, the collector also will set antifreezing measures to the pipes--- for example, when the temperature falls to zero, the collector will immediately start electric heating system to heat the water in water tank, then the circulation pump will circulate hot water, thus to keep the pipes warm. When the temperature of the head of pipe reaches the set antifreezing temperature, the collector will automatically stop antifreezing operation, and then the users can use the system in safety.
