Organization members: Quality responsibility
Project manager: Take charge in the project quality, determine the quality responsibility of all personnel, study and make decisions to significant quality items of the project, set quality requirements.

Project Vice manager: Share the quality responsibility which the Project manager takes
Technical General Inspector: Take charge in the engineering design quality and the engineering site quality, responsible for reviewing the design quality of the engineering system and the engineering construction quality, and taking technical measures to guarantee the project quality or to get rid of quality problems, make sure that the technical quality level of the project meets the requirements.

Design team: Responsible for the drawing of related technical documents, take charge in implementing technical plan and the detailed designed quality, make sure the design quality conforms to the standard requirements, meet the customers’ needs; take part in analysis of technical questions, propose solutions; Guarantee the project quality in the design.

Technical team: Take charge in the construction quality of the project site in technical. Organize the carrying out of quality activity; Supervise and check the quality implementation of system; Responsible for collecting the technical data of the system design, the construction and other related engineering records, give the preservation to the project administrator at the right moment; take charge in the service during guarantee period; report in time the project quality to the project manager.

Quality managing team: Be responsible for making overall quality control plan of the project; Be responsible for the project quality policy and carrying out of the quality goal; supervise quality goal of all stages and all joints; assist to carry out the examination, testing, and check and acceptance work; Compiles and report the project quality, keep the "four-not-let-pass" principle to quality problems: unqualified if the reason is unclear; unqualified if responsibility hasn’t been carried out; unqualified if problem hasn’t been solved, unqualified if the result is not so good. Responsible for connecting and communicating with outside about the engineering quality affairs, report to project manager in time when serious quality problems come up.

Project management team: Be responsible for providing necessary condition for the engineering quality management and guarantee, make good controls of the engineering progress and compile progress controlling plan on the premise of guaranteeing the quality; Be responsible for the connection with outside, organize progress controlling committee, make sure the progress goes steadily. Be responsible for the preservation and management of project documents and technical data, as well as the quality management of materials and equipment.
