Production management:
In order to achieve sustainable development, the company independently set a department serving for production development and technology support, the department pays all round attention to and absorbs the development trend in the industry, develops new products and fittings, etc. the department has 8 employees, of which 1 is doctor, 4 is master and 3 is bachelors, thus to ensure the high quality of our technical personnel.
Consol Company¡¯s production scale is on the cutting edge in the domestic industry, we have international advanced production equipments and skilled professionals; the strict production management system ensures the product quality; we stick production ,management system on the wall in the workshop, that makes our employees follow what the system says perfectly; each production step in Consol is carried out according to the standards of ISO9001£º2000 quality certification; each work step or procedure is under safety production and quality inspection, the operators in each workshop receive specialized training courses of Consol, and then begin working after being qualified, and they are responsible for each product and each part. The solar water heater, vacuum tube, super heat conducting tube and large-sized solar water heater system and built-in-one solar construction, etc produced by our company receive various patent certifications, honor of trust-worthy products, CCTV recommended products and many certifications issued by China Project Construction Association, etc. we engage in the principle of ¡°improve our living environment and develop new energy for human beings¡±. In the later production management, our company will continue updating our production equipments and technologies and improve our personnel quality and thus to make our products better.
Employee management:
Consol company pay attention to people oriented, based on constantly extending our scale, we also give full consideration to our employees training, besides the training course on basic Company Regulations, we also would like to see their improvements. So on the morning of every Monday, we will hold a meeting, and tell the employees their plans and instructions for the coming week, and on the afternoon of every Saturday, we give specialized training. The company asks each employee to summarize work every day and report to the higher employees or higher evaluation employees at any time; additionally, the company invites employees participate in managing the company; the employee who have any suggestion that will be good for company¡¯s development can report to the higher management, and the management will discuss whether it is feasible, every employee is just like live in a big family, they work, study, live and make progress together; such management principle of Consol will improve the Company and every employee.
